About Repsumé

Repsumé is a UK CV scoring and rewriting service for sales professionals, available at repsume.com. The service is operated by Repsume Ltd, 61 Lower Hillgate, Stockport, SK1 3AW. Contact us at info@repsume.com. These terms apply to your account and any future purchases from Repsumé. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Your account and CV

Provide accurate account details, keep your password secure and only submit information you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your CV. Repsumé may process the content you submit to provide the service you request.

Prices and payment

Your CV score and sub-scores are free. Improve my CV costs £50 in pounds sterling (GBP), as a one time payment for full rewrites of one uploaded CV. It is not a subscription. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and payment must be confirmed before full rewrites unlock. Tailoring to a job advert is not offered.

Digital delivery

CV scoring is available free. Once payment is confirmed, you will be able to generate and access full rewrites in your account. Generation can take time and may require a retry if a service provider is temporarily unavailable. If no line can honestly be improved without more information, we say “Nothing to rewrite yet” rather than invent content.

At checkout you ask for your rewrites to be made available immediately. Cancellation rights are affected only where the law permits and you expressly consent and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right after full delivery. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds and support

Refund requests are handled case by case. Email info@repsume.com and include your account email, the package purchased and the reason for your request. Your statutory rights, including remedies for a service that is not supplied as agreed, remain unaffected.

Results and responsible use

Scores and rewrites are guidance, not a guarantee of interviews, job offers or earnings. Check suggested content before using it, and do not add claims or figures you cannot substantiate. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access another person’s account.

Changes and applicable law

Repsumé may update these terms for future use of the service. Existing purchases retain the rights that applied when they were made. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in a court available to you under consumer law.
